How does checkout work?
Payment is handled on the secure Hotmart checkout. We never see or store your card data.
When do I get the PDF?
Once the payment is confirmed, Hotmart sends access to the file to the e-mail used at checkout. This is usually a few minutes after a card or PIX payment. Bank slips are only confirmed after they clear.
Do you sell printed books too?
Some titles also have a paperback or Kindle edition on Amazon (KDP). When one exists, the link is on the product page. Purchase and delivery then follow Amazon rules.
Downloading the PDF
I did not get the e-mail. What now?
Check your spam folder and the Promotions tab, and confirm the e-mail address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, write to us with your name and purchase e-mail. The full walkthrough is in How to download the PDF.
The file will not open.
Open it with an up-to-date PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser viewer). On a phone, download the file first and then open it.
Printing
Which paper size should I use?
Our digital books come in A4 and Letter. Use whichever your printer and paper support. See the tips in Printing A4 and Letter.
Can I print more than once?
Yes, for personal use or in your own classroom. Reselling or sharing the file is not allowed. Details in the Terms of use.
Guarantee and refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have a 7-day guarantee from the purchase date. See how to request it in 7-day refund.
