Rules for using the PixelCorp Creative site and digital books.

1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms govern the use of creative.pixelcorp.space and the purchase of PixelCorp Creative books and materials, a brand of PixelCorp Space LTDA., CNPJ 67.520.941/0001-27, Rua dos Aeroviários, 184, Bairro Aeroporto, ZIP 31270-330, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil. By using the site or buying a book you agree to them. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. What we offer

We publish digital books in PDF (coloring, activities, recipes, planners and similar) and promote paperback and Kindle editions sold by Amazon. The catalog, prices and availability may change without notice. Books are produced with support from artificial intelligence and reviewed by people, as explained in About.

3. Purchase and payment

Digital books are sold by Hotmart and paperback and Kindle editions by Amazon. Payment, receipts and delivery follow each platform's rules. The final price is the one shown at checkout, before you confirm.

4. License of use

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store and print the book for your own use, your family's or your classroom's. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, publish or share the file, including in groups, drives and marketplaces;
  • use the content or illustrations in other products, books or materials for sale;
  • remove credits, marks or notices from the file;
  • use the content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Guarantee and refunds

Purchases made through Hotmart have a 7-day guarantee, as described in 7-day refund. Purchases made on Amazon follow Amazon's policy.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, layout, brands, logos and the site as a whole belong to PixelCorp or are licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. A purchase transfers no right beyond the license in section 4. "PixelCorp", "PixelCorp Creative" and "Infolab" are PixelCorp trademarks.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to creative@pixelcorp.space identifying the material and the right. We will review it and reply.

7. Proper use of the site

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, try to access restricted areas, overload or interfere with its operation, or scrape site content in bulk without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site online and the books correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Print results depend on your printer, paper and settings. To the extent allowed by law, and without removing consumer rights, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the book. Activities, recipes and guidance in the books are informational, and children should be supervised by an adult. For dietary restrictions, allergies or health matters, consult a professional.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with the latest revision date at the top. Earlier purchases remain governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Belo Horizonte/MG are elected to resolve disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's home jurisdiction where the law so requires.
