7-day refund

How the guarantee works

Every digital book sold through Hotmart has an unconditional 7-day guarantee, counted from the purchase date. It works as the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code for online purchases. Within that period you can request a refund without giving a reason.

How to request it

1. Request the refund through Hotmart, in the purchases area of your account, or write to creative@pixelcorp.space.
2. If you write to us, include the e-mail used at checkout and the book title.
3. We will confirm the request and follow it with Hotmart until it is completed.

How the money comes back

The amount returns through the same payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to show on your statement or account depends on Hotmart, your card issuer or your bank. We do not control that timing.

Purchases on Amazon

Printed books and e-books sold by Amazon (KDP) follow Amazon's own return and refund policy. The 7-day guarantee described here applies to books bought through Hotmart.

After the refund

Once the refund is completed, access to the product on Hotmart ends. We ask that the downloaded file no longer be used.
