Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data of people who visit the site and contact us. Plain language, in line with the Brazilian LGPD.
Updated on October 15, 2026
1. Who we are
PixelCorp Creative is a brand of PixelCorp Space LTDA., CNPJ 67.520.941/0001-27, Rua dos Aeroviários, 184, Bairro Aeroporto, ZIP 31270-330, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil ("PixelCorp", "we"). This Policy covers creative.pixelcorp.space and support by e-mail. We are the controller of the data handled through this site. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13,709/2018, LGPD), the Internet Civil Framework (Law no. 12,965/2014) and other applicable rules.
2. Data we handle
This site has no sign-up, no login and no e-mail capture form. We handle very little:
- What you send us by e-mail: name, e-mail address and the message content, plus the purchase e-mail when you ask for support or a refund.
- Access data, anonymously: pages visited, traffic source (for example the utm_source parameter) and browser and device type. The IP address is turned into a code with a daily salt (hash) and is not stored in clear, so it identifies no one.
- Technical security and operation data handled by the hosting provider, such as IP addresses in request logs.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please avoid including it in messages to us.
3. Purchases
Payment for digital books is made on Hotmart, and paperback and Kindle editions are sold on Amazon. Name, tax ID, e-mail and payment data are collected and handled by those platforms, which have their own privacy policies and act as controllers of that data. We never see or store card data. We may receive from the platform the information needed to confirm the purchase and provide support.
4. What we use it for and the legal basis
- Replying to messages, giving support and handling refund requests: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 7, V, LGPD).
- Measuring site usage anonymously to improve the catalog and pages: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), using data that does not identify a person.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing fraud: legitimate interest and legal obligation (art. 7, II and IX).
- Meeting tax and accounting obligations and defending claims: legal obligation and regular exercise of rights (art. 7, II and VI).
7. How long we keep it
- Support messages: during the conversation and up to 24 months afterwards, or less if you ask for deletion.
- Purchase and refund data: for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 5 years).
- Access and application logs: for the minimum legal period (6 months) or as needed for security.
- Anonymous visit counters: no limit, since they identify no one.
After that period we securely delete or anonymize the data.
8. How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to systems and minimal data. No system is fully immune. If an incident may cause relevant risk, we will notify you and Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) as required by article 48 of the LGPD.
9. Children and teenagers
Some books are for children, but purchases are made by adults. We do not collect data from children and the site has no area for them. If you believe a child sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Your rights as a data subject
At any time (article 18 of the LGPD) you may request:
- confirmation that we handle your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data handled unlawfully;
- portability, subject to trade and industrial secrets;
- deletion of data handled on the basis of your consent;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the option to refuse consent and its consequences, and withdrawal of consent;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest, where the law is not being followed.
Write to privacidade@pixelcorp.space. We reply within 15 days and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

The official channel for questions, requests and complaints about personal data is our Data Protection Officer:
