How to download the PDF
From payment to the file on your computer or phone.

Step by step
- Complete payment on the Hotmart checkout. Use an e-mail you can open, because access is sent to it.
- Wait for confirmation. Card and PIX usually confirm within minutes; bank slips confirm after they clear.
- Open the Hotmart e-mail with access to the product and click the access or download button.
- Download the PDF. If the book has more than one file (for example A4 and Letter), download the size you will print.
- Keep a copy somewhere safe (computer, cloud or USB drive), so you do not depend on the e-mail to print again.
Common problems
The e-mail did not arrive.
Check spam, junk and the Promotions tab, and search for "Hotmart". Confirm the address typed at checkout is correct.
I bought with a different e-mail.
Access goes to the e-mail given at payment. If you typed the wrong address, write to us with your purchase details and we will help you regain access.
The link does not work.
Try another browser or a private window, and check your connection. If it persists, send us the book title, the purchase e-mail and a screenshot of the error.
The download stopped on my phone.
Connect to a stable network and try again. Or download on a computer and send the file to your phone.
